General terms

1. Purpose of the service

EdgeLab is a tennis statistical analysis tool. For every match it covers, the service computes a probability from its own model, compares it to market odds and provides detailed statistics on players and matches.

EdgeLab does not provide betting advice, places no bets and collects no stakes. Betting decisions and stakes are the sole responsibility of the user.

2. User account

Access requires an account, reserved for adults (18 or over). You undertake to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and not to open several accounts. You may delete your account at any time from your personal area.

3. Offers

A free offer gives access to a limited scope of the service. The paid EdgeLab Pro offer unlocks the full analysis of covered matches, including the exact-score matrix and the ace and double-fault probabilities. The details of each offer are presented on the pricing page and may change.

4. Prices and payment

The applicable prices are those displayed on the site at the time of subscription, in euros and inclusive of all taxes. Payment is made by card through our payment provider Stripe(Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), which alone processes payment data :EdgeLab never has access to any card number.

A price change never applies to a period already paid for. You are notified before it takes effect on your subscription, and you remain free to cancel.

5. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is taken out with no minimum commitment period, for the chosen period (monthly or yearly). It is automatically renewed at each due date, for an identical period, until it is cancelled.

You may cancel at any time and directly online, from your personal area. Cancellation ends the renewal : Pro access remains open until the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund for that period.

For a yearly subscription, you are informed by email of the option not to renew, within the period provided for by French regulations before the due date.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen (14) days to withdraw from a subscription, without reason or penalty.

As access to EdgeLab Pro is opened immediately after payment, you are asked, at the time of subscription, to expressly request that immediate performance and to acknowledge that you then lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Without such agreement, access is only opened once the period has expired.

7. Availability of the service

EdgeLab endeavours to ensure the availability of the service and the accuracy of the data (odds, results, statistics), without being able to guarantee them. Odds and results come from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays or interruptions.

Maintenance operations may temporarily suspend access. A prolonged unavailability attributable to EdgeLab may give rise, on request, to a commercial gesture covering the period concerned.

8. No guarantee of profit, and responsible gambling

The probabilities, edges and signals published are statistical estimates. They are neither a prediction, nor a promise, nor a guarantee of profit. Past results, including those published on the track record, do not predict future results.

Sports betting carries a risk of losing money and can be addictive. It is forbidden to minors. Play responsibly : in France, a national helpline can be reached free of charge and anonymously on 09 74 75 13 13.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use

The model, indicators, contents and interface of EdgeLab are protected. Your subscription grants you a personal and non-transferable right of use.

The following are prohibited in particular : sharing your credentials, reselling or redistributing the analyses, and automated extraction of the site's data. A breach may lead to suspension of the account without refund.

10. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

EdgeLab may amend these terms. Any substantial change is notified to you before it takes effect. If it does not suit you, you may cancel your subscription under the conditions of article 5.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by French law. For any complaint : hello@edge-lab.io.

Failing an amicable solution, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator. LSB STUDIO is in the process of joininga mediation scheme ; the mediator's details will be published here as soon as membership is effective. In the meantime, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or bring the matter before the competent court.
